France-based food giant Groupe Danone and the world's leading weight management company Weight Watchers International Inc have opened a joint venture (JV) in Shanghai. The new JV, named Weight Watchers Danone (China) Weight Loss Consultation Co., has launched its first two weight management services pilot centers in Hongyi Plaza and Hong Kong New World Tower.
