At present, there¡¯s no standard on how to label the nutritional components and without a uniformed format of it as well. After the issue of this labeling regulation, this condition will be changed. According to the Criterion on Food Nutritional Labeling, all the prepackaged food selling in China must labeled with Nutritional ingredients, which include protein, fat, cholesterol, carbohydrate, food fiber etc..
In addition, it also set the detailed standard on the description of function of food nutrition. Such as it is mentioned in the standard description of sodium: ¡°It is suggested by WHO that the intake of salt cannot over 9g each day, or it will harm to your health.¡±
