The brand SK-II is coming back to the Chinese market in the next few weeks, said US company Procter & Gamble.
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, together with the Ministry of Health, made a declaration on Monday, saying the neodymium and chromium in SK-II cosmetics products were in very small quantities which could not harm consumers.
It was also proved in the declaration that these elements were from raw materials.
¡°We¡¯ll continue to sell,¡± said Liang Yun of Procter & Gam, ¡°the result has proved that our products are safe.
